The Barker building was just registered as a historic building according to the OWH.  This probably means that the current owners are looking for historic tax credits to help restore the building.

I think the annexation laws should be changed so Omaha can annex Papillion, LaVista, and Bellevue.  

As far as the stadium being used only for the CWS if Sarpy County weasels the Royals away, I still think Creighton would be silly not to use the new stadium.

There is no lawsuit, and the project is not on hold.  We did have to get the J.P. Cook people's approval on our alley redesign, but that has all been worked out.  We are just waiting for the big crane to arrive :)

We took the temporary banners down because the real sign is going up now.

Regarding the 10% reservations.....our design center and model are slated to open in May or June.  We feel great about where we are at right now.  The market's response to this project has been extremely positive.
