The sign on the corner says the architect is ''Randy Meyer and Assoc.''

Sorry I wasn't very clear. I was referring to the buildings and project at 6th and Pierce.

As I understand it, these buildings are supposed to be demolished by Christmas and Tim Stienbach is no longer involved with the developers in the project.

The developer who owns and operates the hotel under the Hilton name plate. Has said they are interested in building two more. On Cuming just east of the TipTop.
