They are not finished.  The Tyvek paper (water/air barrier) is still visible. The renderings show this section to be gray so I assume a stucco finish but I am not sure of the actual material.

Note that it is not underground parking.  A development of this size could not pencil with underground parking. Five Guys is all over the DC Metro and NoVa now. The burgers are good - basically everything cooked medium. The fries are fantastic - cooked in real peanut oil and greasy! I enjoy a Five Guys meal but I only have it every few months. I'm convinced it is an artery clog waiting to happen!
