Was in the Jackson Lofts sales office today. I think it was the irst day it was open.
Basics for the project:
-Roughly $275/sqft.
-HUGE variety of condo sizes, with the ability to combine neighboring condos.
-No official sales yet as the property has just recently closed, but numerous reservations (more than half?) are made and will begin converting to sales agreements.
-Buy price includes an allotment for finishing nearly 100% custom: basically you're buying space and doing whatever you want to it.
-Underground secured parking.
-The "dock" at the Passport restaurant will be lowered to street level, and the sidewalk on Jackson will be expanded 11 ft into the street. This is great because that is a very pedestrian unfriendly corner. I would, however, like to see the dock left at its current height and expand the corner around it.
-Reservations have been made on units from $300K to $1 million+ on the top floor.
