Dundee Villas (52nd and North of Dodge)

Dundee Villas (52nd and North of Dodge)

The last couple of months driving Dodge St through midtown, I saw a big hole on the north side of the street at about 52nd st, then in the last month or so, a foundation.  Finally, they've posted a sign explaining the project.  Here's the info:

While its definitely a nice urban infill project (4 upscale townhouses), I'm not so super thrilled with the design - couldn't they have hidden the garages around back?

I searched on here and couldn't find a thread on this development, but if I missed something, sorry, please link to it.

Looks like this project finally fully sold out.  Not sure if there are actual tenants moving in, or if an investor bought the remaining 2 units, but there's a big "SOLD" sign over the top of the project billboard there on Dodge.
