Dundee Villas (52nd and North of Dodge)

The last couple of months driving Dodge St through midtown, I saw a big hole on the north side of the street at about 52nd st, then in the last month or so, a foundation. Finally, they've posted a sign explaining the project. Here's the info:

While its definitely a nice urban infill project (4 upscale townhouses), I'm not so super thrilled with the design - couldn't they have hidden the garages around back?

I searched on here and couldn't find a thread on this development, but if I missed something, sorry, please link to it.

Looks like this project finally fully sold out. Â Not sure if there are actual tenants moving in, or if an investor bought the remaining 2 units, but there's a big "SOLD" sign over the top of the project billboard there on Dodge.
