According to Grow Omaha its now Open.

According to Grow Omaha, jimmy's Egg will open a second location in February at 80th and Dodge.

I know that the existing one has gotten poor reviews for the food, at least in the World Herald.

I tried Jimmy's Egg on 108th today. Very fast service at noon, good sized servings (especially the hash browns).
They had a larger menu with burgers that I was not expecting...
