The ice cream store is by the same man that owns Daddys market. Great guy, bringing real whole foods to this part of Omaha. He knows all the farmer's he deals with. Foods are usually "local", Nebraska, and Iowa. Organic, non gmo food. Pasture raised beef, chicken, and pork. It is small but growing as he can. The bacon he has is awesome. Met the pork farmer one day when I stopped in. Does that happen at whole foods. I love to support small business, they are the lifeblood of America. Can't wait for the ice cream.

I talked with the owner of Daddy's when they opened and it sounded like he has had an eye on this bay for a while. I love what they are doing there and am looking forward to seeing this do well. He said they are waiting for the City's final plan approval and should be open two weeks after that...

The name works but I would be concerned that it is a little too generic for the long haul. May not be considered a specific business but a business category to the potential customer that doesn't know anything about them.
