Sorry if this has been talked about elsewhere. I don't recall seeing it though and a search brought nothing up.

A Bellevue retirement community got a green light for growth Monday from the Bellevue City Council.

The council voted 9-0 to approve a plan to add four new facilities where Richmont Village and the Villas at Richmont sit at Fort Crook and Cornhusker Roads.

Under the plan, four condos called Richmont Villas II will be added at the site this year. So will a 15,000-square-foot strip mall on the northeast corner of the property, facing Cornhusker Road, called Richmont Pointe.

The anchor of the strip mall will be Confluence, a two-story bookstore similar to Borders. It will feature a wine and coffee bar, an Internet cafe and outdoor patio. There will be two meeting rooms for up to 150 people.
