Somebody here has to know this ...
I haven't lived in this area for decades now but I'm sure somebody knows what happened to this.
There used to be what I would call an "industrial sculpture" in the southwest section of Turner Park.
IIRC it was turquoise and named for a Sesame Street character, maybe Grover.
I'm sure it was removed or relocated during the Midtown Crossing construction.
Anybody (else) remember this? Anybody know what happened to it?

I know the concrete sculptures were relocated to Elmwood Park. Â Maybe this also went west to Elmwood.

The Concrete things (Sounding Stones) are right off of Dodge. Â You can see at least two of them when you are sitting at a red light heading east on Dodge.
I have never seen the other sculpture there.

The blue steel sculpture, made from 1975 tornado debris if I recall, is in Pipal Park now.

The sculpture she is talking about has to be something different. I grew up in Westgate and the piece at Pipal has been there long as I can remember. I'm 39.
