That's a 1031 exchange entity, maybe even for a reverse 1031. Current owners may be selling the property.

Someone had posted a photo in fb of Boondockers torn down. Anyone know what’s planned for the corner as this plan shows the land plan for south of Boondockers.

I have a co-worker who used to bartend at Boondockers before the owner passed away and conseqneuntly it shut down (in addiiton to where we work together). She said it's going to be a hotel. Obviously I can't confirm how accurate that is since it's second-hand info but I'd consider it to be pretty reliable. Guess we will see though.

Chicken and Pickle confirmed for the site. It's based out of KC but has been expanding all over.

I have been to the original Chicken and Pickle in KC. Had a great time. Perfect fit for this development and area.

Given there's already a Scooters on the SE corner of that intersection, a Starbucks is likely.

Would be a good spot there. 144th & maple would be the closest if you go west, 90th & Fort if you go east.

Looks like a Starbucks as Dicon is the contractor, and they are constructing numerous other Starbucks in the metro area.
