Iron Bluff (204th & F street)

I saw a new sign this week for a future Farway Grocery store while driving between Gretna and Elhorn.

It appears to be the upcoming Iron Bluff Development. This would be South of Hwy 6 & F street

Interesting. Very close to where Kroger announced a new 120,000 square foot Baker’s branded mega grocery store.

IMO they serve a different need. The Super Hyvee in Gretna has not had an impact on Fairway there IMO other than when HV first opened.

We go to both Gretna, depending on what we are looking for.


Looks to me like Fairway is setting up a line of defense with the one in Gretna. The one announced for Valley, and now this one. The one in Valley was announced in March of 24. I do not go by the area where they are building. Does anyone have any idea of the progress in Valley SE corner N 270th & E Meigs

I have not found anything with 100% confirmation, but I believe they are also building in Fremont, in a lot in front of Menards. Site prep is underway.
